Refund, Return + Exchange Policy
At Jodie Mae, each piece is carefully selected and often made-to-order just for you. Because of this, our policies are a little different than big-box stores 🤍
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON:
• Preorders
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale/clearance items
• Holiday/seasonal drops
These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES (IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY)
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible, in-stock items within 5 days of delivery or pickup.
To qualify:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
• No stains, odors, or signs of wear
If approved:
• You will receive store credit (no refunds to original payment method)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping (if shipped order)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
We will make it right as quickly as possible 🤍
PREORDER POLICY
All preorder items are final sale due to the made-to-order nature.
Please note:
• Estimated arrival times (ETA) are not guaranteed
• Delays can happen and are outside of our control
EXCHANGES (SIZE ISSUES)
Because inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing.
If we have your size available:
• We’re happy to exchange or offer store credit
LOCAL PICKUP (PPU)
• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification
• Unclaimed orders may be restocked and issued as store credit
